#13 Key Largo, May 11 at Snooks Sunset Restaurant

What a night! We left Key West and headed for Key Largo hoping to get there by sunset. We had tried to arrange meeting with intercessors but they could not come. God’s Grace was upon us as there was no traffic all the way. Once we got to the key we raced around a bit to find a beach or lookout point… finally just in time we saw a tiny sign to an obscure road to Snooks Sunset Restaurant. Wow- a BEAUTIFUL romantic setting. The Lord ministered to Doreen and I so sweetly – though our intention was to meet up with others, it turned out to be such an unforgettable GIFT, like finding an unexpected treasure we would never even dream of asking for. The music was outstanding, the food, the glorious lingering sunset and the balmy air.

We read the declarations over the waters, had communion and we did witness and have wonderful conversation with lovely German woman sitting next us. We had to press on to Miami on as it got dark and as we were getting into the car I felt I had to worship with flags (I couldn’t leave out Key Largo) and took out the flags and went to a private beach right there next to the restaurant and we worshiped in silence under the twilight sky.

Later on we told Rick the roads we drove around on looking for the sunset view and it happened to be where his family had one owned land! Another unplanned God appointment – amazing.

The next morning bishop Keith of Key Largo called and we prayed together over the phone.  Next time we will meet in person.

God bless Key Largo.

  1. A simple bash script is very ordered and does not take a lot of advantage of available parallelism at the top level, though individual commands and programs mayUsing pipes and IO redirects you add more parallelism since producers and consumers run in different processes, which can run in parallelYou can also run jobs (one or more commands) in the background, which also inherently takes advantage of parallelism
