The purpose of 24/7 Prayer is to unite prayer warriors across all 67 counties in Florida in both Spirit and Truth by praying the Word of God at each county’s designated time creating a canopy of prayer covering the state 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Each county has a set day of the month and 12 hours for which they are responsible. For example: Sarasota County prays on the 20th of each month between 3am and 3pm…. next county begins prayer coverage at 3pm and prays for the next 12 hours, and so on.
Each prayer warrior in that county selects ONE HALF HOUR time slot (or two if needed to cover the county) that they spend in prayer for our state, our nation, and our Father’s beloved Israel. This time of prayer is powerful and purposeful. PRAYER POINTS are emailed out each month one week before to each prayer warrior.
It is both an honor and a privilege to be able to serve the Lord in this capacity and to minister to His heart by uniting as ONE and putting Him in remembrance of His Word, which He holds even above His own name. The Lord is building His wall and He is placing His people in the gap, ones who will stand in the gap before Him so that He will not destroy the land (Ezk 22:30).
